Frequently asked questions

What people ask before they come. If your question is about a specific treatment, the answer is on that service’s page.

Prices and booking

How much does a session cost?

The initial assessment is €80. Physiotherapy or strength & conditioning sessions are €65 (€70 for professional athletes). You pay per session: it includes whichever techniques and technologies the professional decides to use.

How long is a session?

Each session lasts approximately 1 hour. Most run between 60 and 75 minutes: if 60 is enough for your case, it ends there; if you need more that day, it runs longer. You pay per session, not per minute.

Can I book just a test or a technique (TMG, EPI, INDIBA…)?

The technologies and techniques on this site (ultrasound, TMG, force plate, EPI, INDIBA, percutaneous neuromodulation, Physium, magnetotherapy…) are not booked separately. You book an assessment or a session — physiotherapy or strength & conditioning — and the professional decides what to apply in your case, and when. They are part of the session.

Do you work with health insurers or mutuas?

We work on a reimbursement basis with private insurers: you pay for the session at the clinic, we give you an itemised invoice with everything your insurer asks for, and your insurer refunds the share your policy covers. We do not bill insurers directly. Check your policy beforehand for the percentage and number of physiotherapy sessions covered.

The clinic

Do you treat people who are not athletes?

Yes. Most of our patients do not compete. Back pain, work injuries, recovery after surgery: everyone goes through the same assessment and the same technology as a professional athlete.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes. You can book online or by phone. If it is your first visit, book an initial assessment: that is what decides the treatment.

How far is it from Sagrada Família metro?

A few minutes on foot from the station exit (L2 and L5) to Provença 455.

Do you speak English?

Yes. We work in English, Spanish and Catalan, and regularly treat international patients.

Which package should I choose, Prep or Recover?

Prep is for the weeks before the race: the strength coach leads it and works on technique and load per station after a physiotherapist assessment. Recover is for the days after: the physiotherapist leads it and treats what the race has left behind. Many athletes do both, one before and one after.

What does each package include and what does it cost?

Both cost €120. Prep includes a physiotherapist assessment, a session with the strength coach and 20 minutes of Game Ready. Recover includes a physiotherapy session, dry needling if needed, 20 minutes of Game Ready and a return-to-training plan. A Physium System session can be added to Recover for €20 more.

How do I book?

From the booking page or by phone. Tell us whether it is Prep or Recover and your race date, so we can place the session at the right moment.

Where are you?

Carrer de Provença 455, in the Eixample district of Barcelona, a few minutes’ walk from Sagrada Família metro (L2 and L5). Open Monday to Friday, 09:00–20:00. We speak English, Spanish and Catalan.
