Using the site and submitting the appointment request form means you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

The form lets you request an appointment; it is not a confirmed booking. A member of the team will contact you, normally within 48 hours, to confirm a date and time.

You must provide accurate, current information. Clinical information you supply is used only to prepare your assessment.

You must be of legal age to submit the form. If the request concerns a minor, it must be made by their parent or legal guardian.

Cancellation policy: MINIMUM NOTICE PERIOD, e.g. 24 hours

No-show policy and any applicable charge: STATE WHETHER A CHARGE APPLIES

Prices are published on the booking page: initial assessment €80; physiotherapy or strength and conditioning session €65 (€70 for professional athletes), per session. They include whatever techniques and technology your clinician decides to use.

You pay at the clinic at the end of each session, by cash, card, Bizum or bank transfer. Every session is invoiced in your name, and the receipt is issued by the clinician who treated you.

We work on a reimbursement basis with private insurers: you pay for the session at the clinic, we give you an itemised invoice with everything your insurer asks for, and your insurer refunds the share your policy covers. We do not bill insurers directly. Check your policy beforehand for the percentage and number of physiotherapy sessions covered.
