Physiotherapy and strength coaching for Hyrox in Barcelona
Two packages built for Hyrox athletes: one to reach the start line in your best shape, one to recover afterwards. Licensed physiotherapists and strength coaches under one roof in the Eixample, and we speak English.
Two packages, two different goals
Both cost the same and both combine physiotherapy and strength coaching. The difference is who leads the session and what it is for.
Prep is a preparation session: the strength coach leads, and the goal is to arrive stronger at the start. Recover is a treatment session: the physiotherapist leads, and the goal is to repair what the race has left behind.
Before the race
Hyrox Prep
Led by the strength coach
We find your weak points station by station and train them with the right technique and load. The physiotherapist assesses first, so we know what your body can take.
120€
- Physiotherapist assessment: what your body can handle today
- Session with the strength coach: technique and load per station
- 20 min of Game Ready to manage training load
After the race
Hyrox Recover
Led by the physiotherapist
We treat what the race has left: tightness, overload and residual fatigue. The strength coach comes in at the end to plan your return to training.
120€
- Physiotherapy session on what the race has left behind
- Dry needling if needed
- 20 min of Game Ready for inflammation and soreness
- Return-to-training plan with the strength coach
Game Ready combines cold and intermittent compression to reduce inflammation and speed up recovery between high-intensity sessions.
The eight stations, and what they do to your body
Hyrox is 8 km of running interleaved with eight strength stations. Each loads a different area, and the injuries we see in clinic are fairly predictable. This is what we work on in each package.

Frequently asked questions
Which package should I choose, Prep or Recover?
Prep is for the weeks before the race: the strength coach leads it and works on technique and load per station after a physiotherapist assessment. Recover is for the days after: the physiotherapist leads it and treats what the race has left behind. Many athletes do both, one before and one after.
What does each package include and what does it cost?
Both cost €120. Prep includes a physiotherapist assessment, a session with the strength coach and 20 minutes of Game Ready. Recover includes a physiotherapy session, dry needling if needed, 20 minutes of Game Ready and a return-to-training plan. A Physium System session can be added to Recover for €20 more.
How do I book?
From the booking page or by phone. Tell us whether it is Prep or Recover and your race date, so we can place the session at the right moment.
Where are you?
Carrer de Provença 455, in the Eixample district of Barcelona, a few minutes’ walk from Sagrada Família metro (L2 and L5). Open Monday to Friday, 09:00–20:00. We speak English, Spanish and Catalan.
Do you work with health insurers or mutuas?
We work on a reimbursement basis with private insurers: you pay for the session at the clinic, we give you an itemised invoice with everything your insurer asks for, and your insurer refunds the share your policy covers. We do not bill insurers directly. Check your policy beforehand for the percentage and number of physiotherapy sessions covered.
